Russian Revolution skirmish game

 After our games in West Africa, we were both keen to continue with the period (19th-early 20th century), and so we decided to roll out some small scale skirmish rules (the ones I used in http://warformiddleearth.blogspot.co.uk/2012/10/somewhere-near-barysau-23rd-november.html, which also form the basis to our Napoleonic skirmish rules, which we used in our West African game - http://warformiddleearth.blogspot.co.uk/2016/03/clash-in-west-africa-our-rules.html).
It would be a death match skirmish in the Russian civil war of 1917-20 between a detachment of White Tsarist sailors and a band of Red Bolshevik troops.
